There is no need. We pick up and deliver all wash and fold orders. This saves you time and energy in dropping laundry off and picking it up yourself.
We use only premium brand products for our wash and fold. Tide and Free & Clear are available for an additional $0.10 per pound.
We separate whites, lights, and darks into different machines.
If you don't specify, we typically hang the more formal items like collared shirts and slacks. Then we protect them in a clear plastic garment bag. We'll fold everything else and package it for your protection. Please let us know if you want something specific hung up.

Not at all. Just let us know when scheduling your order where our driver can find your order and where to leave it. Please make sure the location is accessible to our driver.
We recommend leaving your laundry in an inconspicuous location that is accessible to our driver. When scheduling online, please as best as you can describe the location where our drive can expect to find your order and where they can leave it upon return.
On the front porch, on the door step, behind an unlocked gate are acceptable locations. Please note that we are not responsible for any losses or damages to your laundry before pick-up and after delivery. Please also note that our drivers are not permitted to enter your home to pick up or drop off.
When placing your order online, you'll find a section labeled 'Preferences' where you can list the tasks you'd like us to perform with every laundry service. Additionally, there's a 'Special Laundry Instructions' section for requests specific to the current order, such as spot treating a stain on an item.
No, you don't. You can cancel at any time.
When you place your order, we will ask for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your order is complete.
We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that cinches closed.
You can suspend your account until you return from your vacation. Just log into your account and put your service on hold until you return.
